Performance analysis at metacenter

Application and synthetic benchmarks:

These performance studies show how well different applications performs and scales on the NOTUR systems. These benchmarks were performed on hexagon, titan, stallo and njord machines in 2010.

WRF, NAMD - The real input data for these runs have been provided by Bergen research groups and they reflect usual runs on hexagon. Performed by Alexander Oltu.

Emep, ADF, Iozone - Performed by Peter Wind.

VASP, all2all, HPCC, IMB, kernel metadata - Performed by Ole Widar Saastad, VASP part by Espen Flage-Larsen.
