News about the Njord cluster, and the HPC-group at NTNU.
The /work filesystem on njord is available for use - all jobs will be checkpoint-restarted
The HPC group at NTNU offers two courses in the use of HPC-systems at the start of the fall semester.
SSH client and server update
Both login nodes on njord are now fully operational.
Njord will be stopped at 1700 local time on June 29th.
At 07:30, on 29th of June 2010 there will be a complete shutdown of Kongull
On 20th of June at 08:00 the norgrid.hpc.ntnu.no cluster will be shut down and decommissioned.
Norstore-trd will be shut down on 29th of June 2010
norstore-trd-app0 and norstore-trd-app1 require maintenance and upgrade of GPFS
mpiBLAST is installed on kongull.hpc.ntnu and ready for use
GridFTP is installed for Norstore-TRD
Norstore-trd is back online and available to all users
Norstore will be down Thurrsday 25th of March
