Njord /work directories *available*

The /work filesystem on njord is now fully recovered, without any loss of data.

The root cause of this problem was a memory error on a management node. To recover from this we need to checkpoint-restart all jobs on the system, in order to idle the Federation communications network. Jobs not successfully checkpointed from memory to disk will be automatically restarted from the very beginning. We apologize about the inconvenience.
