PETSc is updated to version 3.0.0-p11
The Portable, Extensible Toolkit for Scientific Computation (PETSc) has been updated to the latest 3.0.0-p11 revision on Njord. Refer to the PETSc home page for details on this particular release.
Two different versions of PETSc 3.0.0-p11 have been installed:
- real scalars (default)
- complex scalars
Type "module load petsc" to load the first version and "module load petsc/3.0.0.11-complex" to load the second version.
