IRPM updates on Njord
Various RPM's are updated on Njord, low level RPMS.
The font packages bitstream-vera-fonts, dejavu-fonts, liberation-fonts are installed to make more scalable (Type 1 and TrueType) fonts available. In addition, low level font handling packages and utilities fontconfig, freetype, pdflib-lite, libXpm, and the gd graphics library are installed or updated to recent release levels.
At last, the compression utilities gzip and pigz are updated to the latest stable release versions. See also the article on parallel file compression on njord.
