Plotmtv 1.4.1 is available on Njord

Plotmtv is a program for plotting 2D and 3D line, scatter, surface, contour and vector plots. However, Plotmtv is no longer being maintained by the developers and new users are therefore strongly recommended to use Gnuplot instead.

Type "module load plotmtv" on Njord, if you want to use it.
