UiT benchmark suite

Summary

The aim of the benchmark suite is to measure the throughput for the most important applications used on the current supercomputer. All the benchmarks are measuring the walltime for a single run. The reported results will be used to calculate a weighted throughput of the system.

Benchmarks

List of benchmarks with relative weight in the evaluation:

1. Dalton. 40%
2. Gaussian. 20%
3. VASP. 20%
4. Gromacs. 20%

Further details about the throughput calculation will be published in the final RFP.
