News for the Stallo cluster and the HPC group at the University of Tromsø
ADF 2012 ver. 01 is now installed on Stallo. To use, type module load add/2012.01.

The default version of COMSOL Multiphysics will from now on be the latest release. Now this is version 4.2a (4.2.1.166).
a power failure in a rack caused the compute nodes c13-1 to 16-16 to go down. all jobs on these nodes have to be re submitted.

NCO (netCDF Operators) version 4.0.5 is installed on stallo. it is based on netcdf 4.1.1 and hdf5 1.8.5-p1 you load the module using the command: module load nco
