Stallo downtime on March 1st.

We need to stop the global file systems on stallo to do a firmware upgrade on the storage arrays.
The /home area will be done last so interactive work will still be possible most of the day, but file system commands like df -h might hang the shell.
We start at 9AM and expect to be finished at 4PM.
